"Tina - The Tina Turner Musical" at Hollywood Pantages Theatre

She’s simply the best! It was so exciting to be at opening night of Tina - The Tina Turner Musical at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre (6233 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028) last night with my friend and fellow theatre lover, Zoe!

Self-parking is available at the Eastown Garage (across the street from the Pantages) for $25. I recommend getting to the theatre at least 30-45 minutes before showtime!

It was so nice to see my friend Sarah who out on the press line covering the red carpet for the Broadway in Hollywood and Hollywood Pantages Theatre’s social channels!

This show is about the inspiring journey of Tina Turner who broke barriers and became the Queen of Rock n’ Roll. Set to the pulse-pounding soundtrack of her most beloved hits, this electrifying sensation will send you soaring to the rafters.

It was such a treat running into Vinessa Shaw (who you may recognize as Allison from Hocus Pocus!) in the lobby before the show.

Ticket prices start at $39 (you can get your tickets here!), and the show is playing Tuesdays through Sundays now until 7/9.

The performance length is 2 hours and 40 min including a 15 min intermission. The show is recommended for ages 14 and up. As a disclaimer, this production includes loud music, strobe lighting, haze, gun shots, scenes depicting domestic violence and strong language.

I was completely blown away by the talent in this show and I could feel such a strong energy in the room. You could tell how much the cast put their hearts and souls into this show in memory and honor of the incredible Tina Turner, and it was absolutely beautiful.
