Road Trip to Yosemite National Park

Last year, Kevin and I decided to purchase a National Parks annual pass after a trip to Zion, and we wanted to use it one last time before it expired for the year. We decided to take a little weekend road trip up to Yosemite and visit our friends up in Fresno while we were at it! I hadn’t been to Yosemite since I was 12 years old, so I was excited to explore the park with Kevin and our friends!
Can we please note how Maximoff is a complete angel for photos with literally everyone but his parents? It’s fine, I’m fine. At least he looked the right way in our photo… I’ll take it.
How breathtaking are these views? Being in nature is truly so healing, I am always grateful for the opportunities we get to take in all of its beauty.
I think it’s safe to say Maximoff really enjoyed his time out in nature too!
Maximoff also enjoyed spending time with his Uncle Jack! He snuggled up to him the entire car ride there and back, it was so sweet.
Unfortunately it started to rain a bit, so we didn’t get to spend as much time in the park as we wanted to. We made sure to squeeze in a tiny hike up to one of the beautiful waterfalls before we headed back home. It was totally worth it!
