Disco Dreams

OUTFIT DETAILS
Dress: Unique Vintage | Shoes: Vince Camuto | Earrings: Vintage

Every time I shoot with my friend Lindsey, I absolutely LOVE how all the photos turn out that it becomes my new favorite photoshoot! I had been wanting to try doing a shoot at a photo studio for a few years now, and last year I was able to snag a great Black Friday deal at The Time Machine in Downtown LA. The vibes were up my alley and this is just part one of four amazing sets and looks we did that day!

I got this gorgeous asymmetrical handkerchief halter dress from Unique Vintage because it reminded me so much of something Carrie Bradshaw would’ve worn on Sex and the City. The bright colors also felt like a nice way to welcome spring! At the same time, it was giving 70s vibes which I thought worked perfectly with this disco ball room set.

Anyone else have ABBA’s “Dancing Queen” stuck in their head after looking at these photos?

To finish off the look, I kept the accessories simple by pairing the dress with my vintage tiered chandelier earrings that I’m pretty sure I got from Claire’s back in middle school and my favorite strappy platform heels from Vince Camuto.

I hope these photos inspired you to try your next shoot at a themed photo studio! You can use my referral link here for $50 off your first booking (over $150) on Peerspace, and I’ve linked The Time Machine space we shot at here!
