Clue (Live On Stage!) Opening Night | Ahmanson Theatre
Disclosure: Center Theatre Group provided me with two complimentary tickets to see Clue. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Center Theatre Group invited me to opening night of Clue last night, and I loved playing the board game as a kid so I was really interested to see how they’d adapt it into a stage show! This show is hilarious, witty, and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time - the cast is absolutely phenomenal and had great comedic timing! You are not going to want to miss this production!
I got to have a little red carpet moment before the show started!
About the show: Murder and blackmail are on the menu when six mysterious guests assemble at Boddy Manor for a night they’ll never forget! Was it Mrs. Peacock in the study with the knife? Or was it Colonel Mustard in the library with the wrench? Based on the fan-favorite 1985 Paramount Pictures movie and inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is the ultimate whodunit that will leave you dying of laughter and keep you guessing until the final twist.
Ticket prices start at $35 and the show is playing Tuesdays through Sundays at the Ahmanson Theatre (135 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) now through 8/25.
The performance length is 75 minutes with no intermission. The show is recommended for ages 8 and up. (Children 6 and under are not admitted, unless otherwise noted for specific productions.) This production contains onstage smoke effect, haze, sexual innuendos, adult language, gunshot sound effects, fake smoking, and simulated alcohol use.
Self-parking is available in the Music Center Garage for $10 at the Grand Ave entrance. I recommend getting to the theatre at least half an hour before show time!
Huge thank you to Center Theatre Group for having me!
