Cindy and the Disco Ball | Garry Marshall Theatre

Get your groove on and do the hustle over to the Garry Marshall Theatre to catch “Cindy and the Disco Ball” during its limited time engagement!

This theatre holds so much of the late Garry Marshall’s legacy and is such a beautiful place to catch a show in LA.

We loved seeing some fun 70s artifacts and “Cindy and the Disco Ball” themed merch in the lobby before the show started.

About the show: This funky, fresh take on the famous Cinderella story whisks us back to sun-kissed 1976. This show tells the story of Cindy Fontaine, a teenager who is trying to survive high school after her father does not return home from Vietnam. When the school district threatens to cut funding for the arts, Pali High comes undone. But with the help of a fabulously magical Soul Sister, this bunch of superfly high schoolers stand up for their rights and their right to party!

The entire cast shines in each of their roles and I was obsessed with the costumes, sets, and choreography - you’re guaranteed to have a fun time with this show!

Ticket prices range from $45 to $55 and the show is playing at the Garry Marshall Theatre (4252 W Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA 91505) Fridays through Sundays now through 10/29. The performance length is 90 minutes with one 15 minute intermission.

Street parking is available close by the theatre, or you can park at their on-site self-parking lot for $5 (please note it is cash only). I recommend getting to the theatre at least 45 min before show time!

Huge thank you to Garry Marshall Theatre for having me and to Saylor Curda for being so sweet to take a photo with me after the show!
